Training is designed to be a flexible and cost-effective with a combination of on-site and remote classes. There is no limit to the number of employees participating, the more knowledgeable your employees are the more effective use of dataSTOR and productivity of your company. All training is conducted on a training system set up for your company using your data.

Classroom training, either at your location or at Datacom’s training facility, typically consists of a series of 4 hour sessions covering the basic functional areas.

Remote training brings the convenience of learning to your office eliminating the need for being away from your office for extended periods of time and the cost of travel. Since you are already accessing dataSTOR via a browser all you need is 2 hours of dedicated time and a phone line.

Training is customized to the needs and experience of your employees from basic manufacturing and finance principles to the more sophisticated manufacturing methodologies. Learning is easy the Datacom way.

Support questions may vary from a simple “How do I print this?” to more complex procedural questions. Whichever it may be, you can be assured that the Datacom support team knows the answer and will quickly answer your question.

The first line of support is directly from within the dataSTOR application, just click on support, enter your request into an email form and click send. You will receive an acknowledgment of your request and a timely response form a Datacom specialist.

Or you can simply call the dataCARE support line and a real person will answer your call. And no getting passed from one specialist to another, one support specialist will be your interface regardless of the area of expertise.
